The Semiramis - Altamira is made of dolomite. This stone is best heated to 400 degrees, but also sustains temperatures of 500 degrees. After heating, it is removed from the oven with a specially adjusted shovel. Before putting meat or fish unto the stone grill, it should be slightly salted, thus preventing the food from sticking to the stone.

The stone can also be supplied with a chinaware support. The Semiramis - Altamira Stonegrill is only sold, there is no franchising system.
